The Sianok Valley contour was formed due to the process of the descent of some of the earth&#8217;s plates. Gave rise to the form of a steep ravine fracture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This <a href=\"https:\/\/helloindonesia.id\/category\/nature\/\">canyon<\/a> stretches for 15 km from the southern side of Nagari Koto Gadang to Nagari Sianok Six Tribes. This fault in Sianok is part of the Semangko Fault (Sesar) which divides <a href=\"https:\/\/helloindonesia.id\/category\/indonesia\/sumatra\/west-sumatra\/\">Sumatra<\/a> Island into two parts.  Extending from Aceh to Semangka Bay in Lampung.
