Similar to tabuik, tabot is also an activity organized in commemoration of the death of the grandson of the Prophet Muhammad in Bengkulu<\/a>. Tabot ceremony is filled with various arts from Bengkulu<\/a>, one of which is to test dolls. Doll testing is a musical performance that uses props in the form of drum dolls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Physically, doll is almost similar to drum or drum. But if examined deeper, there are significant differences. This is what distinguishes dolls from other instruments, both physically and the sound produced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
