Binte Biluhuta, Healthy and Delicious Food Original from Gorontalo

Cayenne pepper is one of the main spices mixed into the Binte Biluhuta sauce, the spicy taste of this chili will give a spicy and warm taste on the tongue.

The cooking process is actually not too difficult, just boil the corn and other ingredients such as red chili, cayenne pepper, and red onion separately. Then store in a bowl, and mix the grated coconut along with the dried shrimp, tomato slices, and orange juice. Then what complements the taste is pouring the boiled gravy into a bowl containing the previously mixed ingredients.
