What is HelloIndonesia?

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.

Hello, everyone! Thank you for visiting this website. Please bear with us if you find any shortcomings, as HelloIndonesia is still under development.

Through this very first post, I’d like to explain the main reason behind the creation of this platform.

The most fundamental reason is the growing concern over the spread of hoaxes and fake news in the media. Over time, it seems like negative news about Indonesia dominates the narrative, creating a one-sided and unfavorable image—especially to those outside the country.

That’s why I decided to launch HelloIndonesia—a platform dedicated to highlighting the positive side of our beloved nation. This site features inspiring content about Indonesian youth creativity, stunning tourist destinations, education, rich cultural traditions, and local arts.

We also provide a public contribution form so anyone can share interesting stories about their regions—whether it’s a unique travel experience, cultural tradition, or local event. Feel free to send your story and photos via email to: helloindonesia91@gmail.com, or through the submission form we’ll soon provide.

My hope is that HelloIndonesia becomes a digital showcase where people can see how amazing Indonesia truly is—a country with strong cultural roots, vibrant creativity, and passionate young generations.

Thank you for visiting. For feedback and suggestions, don’t hesitate to reach out via email.

Wassalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
