Delicious Koba Noodles with Mackerel Fish Flush

One serving of Koba noodles contains noodles, eggs, bean sprouts, celery, and fried onions. All these ingredients are then doused with a sauce made from mackerel fish.

Another addition that makes the taste of koba noodles increasingly delicious is the key orange juice. Lemon juice that looks similar to lime juice gives the flavor and aroma peculiarities to koba noodles.

Price of Koba Noodles

One serving of Koba noodles is sold at an affordable price. For one portion of noodles that do not use eggs, it is sold at Rp 12,000. If you want to add eggs to the noodle dish, you have to spend Rp. 14,000.

Koba noodles can be found in several areas in Bangka City. One of the famous places for selling Koba noodles is on Jalan Balai, Pangkalpinang. In this shop, hundreds of people visit a day to taste the noodles that have been around since the 1980s.
