Green Bay

Green sea water is what makes this beach called the Green Bay or Green Bay. The color is caused by algae that grow in the bottom of shallow waters.

On this beach there is a reef with small trees on it. While other reefs are higher and enclose the left and right of the beach, making this place like a hidden paradise.

Green Bay is part of Meru Betiri, a national park covering 58 thousand hectares, including beaches, mountains and forests. The area stretches in the southern part of Jember Regency and Banyuwangi, East Java. Biodiversity in this national park is very rich.
